Shipping & Returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Please note that we only accept unused items that show no signs of use or damage and are in their original packaging.

For returns from Germany, Benelux, Austria, France, Italy and Spain, we will pay the return shipping costs. If the return is made from another country, you must pay the costs of the return.

After you have placed your order in our shop, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation email with the summary of your order within a few minutes. Therefore, please make sure that your email address is correct and that your house number is also entered. You can also log in at any time to your Customer account log in and check the order again there.

You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail after the order has been sent. We usually deliver the package with our shipping service DHL and GLS. As a rule, the package will reach you within 3 - 7 working days after receipt of the shipping confirmation. If you would like a tracking number, we can send it to you. Please contact us if the delivery should take longer.

The damage to the product is minor

In the event of a warranty claim, we will send you the corresponding spare part free of charge.

The product has major damage

In the event of a warranty claim, we will send you a completely new product. We will also send you the return documents. You can either bring the old product to the parcel shop or have it collected from the comfort of your own home.

Paint scratches

In the case of paint scratches, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to return the product and receive a new one in return or whether you would like to receive a discount from us instead. The amount of the discount we can offer you depends on the size and severity of the scratches and is decided individually based on the damage patterns.

We offer the following payment methods in our shop: PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, GiroPay, purchase on account, credit card, hire purchase and prepayment. Detailed information on the payment conditions can be found at here.
